WHO WE ARE

Mission: Free2Fly, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, specifically to empower young adults to S.O.A.R. This is a safe haven where you can feel comfortable freely expressing yourself while building connections as you pursue your goals.

We S.O.A.R using our 5E value system (Education, Empowerment, Exploration, Engagement and get Enlightenment) to nurture the growth and wellbeing of young adults.

Vision: We envision young adults freely expressing themselves authentically, building good character and being a positive influence to society.

5E Value system

Education:

Our young adults know that education is the key to their destiny. Free2Fly, Inc. will request access to each participant’s grades. Tutors will be provided to those that have challenging areas.

Empowerment:

FlyGirl Meetup sessions provide encouragement to overcome circumstances, move towards their goals and meet their highest potential. These sessions are held monthly.

Enlightenment:

Our organization promotes wellness in mind, body, and spirit. This is emphasized by utilizing the wellness wheel. We also can refer community partners that offer counseling services for those that may need it.

Exploration:

Free2Fly, Inc. exposes our young adults to a world of culture and experiences that foster growth through travel and exploration of Charlotte and other parts of the world.

Engagement:

Free2Fly, Inc. engages the community through service opportunities at least twice a year.

FlyGirl Project – The FlyGirl Project is Free2Fly, Inc.’s flagship program, which is our monthly FlyGirl Meetup Sessions. It is designed for young ladies in middle and high school. Our goal is to provide a safe haven for young ladies to freely express their creativity and embrace their individuality while setting goals to reach their full potential.
